Information to the presenter

Presentation time is 20 minutes plus 5 minutes allocated for questions and discussions. 

Bring your presentation on a single device (preferably USB)
Every conference room houses a room host (Crew). You contact this person in advance of your performance, to ensure that your presentation (e.g. PowerPoint) works. You can also - to be really sure - upload your presentation on the congress file central (between 20 Sep – 7 Oct) : 
File Central (Meetagain congress secretariat is handling the account):

​​​Name your presentation as below:
Session ID; abstract id, Presenter name, Three or more first words in the title of the presentation.
e. g.  A1_12345_Anders_Bjork_The_role_of_Sweden.ppt

The lecture room is equipped with data projection equipment. File format: Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat formatted for Windows (PC), aspect 16:9.

If the PowerPoint includes films/videos please send them/take them with you in a separate file too. 

Time: 17.00-18.00, the poster session is at level 2.

Mounting the poster
Material for mounting the poster will be provided on-site.
Please contact our staff upon arrival to get information about where your poster will be located – we will help you to mount your poster.


  • All abstracts accepted for presentation will be published on the Congress mobile web (App) prior to the Congress. 
  • Full Papers (optional), will be published in the Swedish DiVA portal, which is a finding tool and an institutional repository for research publications and student theses. 
  • The Technical Presentations, Plenary Lectures and Full Papers will be published on the FTF website after the Congress. 

The notification of abstract acceptance has been sent out to all abstract submitters. If you have not received a message, it is possible that the e-mail has ended up in your Recycle Bin, please check the bin! If you can't find it there please contact the Congress Secretariat at

Registration to the Congress is open.  Presenters that are accepted for oral or poster presentation will be permitted to give only 1 oral/poster presentation per registration. 

Remember: Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fee by September 1, will be scheduled for presentation in the final programme.
